Liz Pelly’s Mood Machine: The Rise of Spotify and the Costs of the Perfect Playlist, which I have mentioned previously, deserves a call out as an honorable mention for this quarter’s list. Although an interesting read, it was slow and could have benefitted from a bit more editing.
